3. Product Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting their merchandise immediately after delivery and before installing, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, bleaching, dyeing, chemically treating, or otherwise altering the hair.

Altering or using the hair may make it ineligible for return, refund, or exchange under our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

4. Orders & Payments

Customers have 4 calendar days from the date their order is marked as delivered to request a return.

Returned hair must remain in its original, unused, unworn, and unaltered condition and must pass our inspection.

After the 4-day return period has expired, all sales are final and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Glam Bath and Bomb Ltd. regarding order issues before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we reserve the right to submit relevant documentation to the payment processor, card issuer, or financial institution, including:

Proof of payment
